This CCEC diesel generator set supports dual frequency options: 50 Hz / 1500 RPM and 60 Hz / 1800 RPM. Multiple voltage specifications are adjustable or optional:
- 50 Hz version: 380/220 V, 400/230 V, 415/240 V
- 60 Hz version: 220/127 V, 380/220 V, 440/254 V
Multiple structural types are available: open type, weatherproof type, soundproof silent canopy type, mobile trailer type, etc. Automatic transfer switch (ATS) can be configured as an optional accessory.
Optional intelligent controller brands: UK Deepsea, Czech ComAp, Denmark DEIF, China Smartgen.

Q1: Do you support OEM & ODM customized services?
A1: Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM customization services, including brand logo printing, control panel configuration, silent canopy design, fuel tank capacity adjustment, exhaust system transformation and special cold/high-temperature adaptation solutions according to customer project demands.
Q2: What are your standard payment terms?
A2: Two mainstream payment options for global clients:
- 30% T/T deposit in advance; the remaining 70% balance to be settled against a copy of the bill of lading;
- 100% irrevocable letter of credit at sight.
Q3: How long is your production lead time?
A3: The standard production cycle is 15–25 working days after receiving your advance deposit or original L/C document. Custom modified units will require an extended lead time based on customized requirements.
Q4: What certification documents can you provide?
A4: Our factory holds ISO 9001 quality management system certification. We can assist customers in applying for country-specific mandatory certification, including SONCAP (Nigeria), COI (Iran), SASO (Saudi Arabia), CE, EPA and other regional certificates as required by local import customs.
Q5: What is your official warranty policy for this generator set?
A5: The warranty period follows two judgment standards, and the earlier reached condition shall be deemed the expiration date:
- 12 calendar months after equipment delivery;
- 1200 accumulated running hours of the unit.
Within the valid warranty period, we provide free replacement of original factory spare parts for failures caused by manufacturing defects. Free warranty service does not cover damage caused by improper manual operation, lack of regular maintenance, natural wear and tear, or external force impact. After the warranty expires, we supply genuine spare parts at factory cost price for long-term equipment maintenance.
